When named as an Agent Under a Power of Attorney for Asset Management executed by an individual (the Principal), Marilyn can be authorized to:

  • Direct the management of assets that are owned by the Principal
  • Transact financial business on behalf of the Principal
  • Provide periodic accountings of all financial activity
  • Handle such other financial, legal or tax matters involving the Principal as may arise
